Board and Train
Jumpstart the relationship with your dog:
Your dog can stay with us. Here the training is tailored for your dog’s individuality and needs and all the details are unique for each dog. We can go over the specifics over the phone or during the evaluation session before the B&T.
Each program is tailored for the individual dog and handler. The most common requests are:
- Basics: Sit, down, stay, name recognition, recall, crate training, leash skills, skills in public etc.
- Puppy foundation
- Advanced pet skills
What is it like?
- 4-6 work sessions 6 days per week, 1-2 sessions on the “rest day”.
- Everyone works for their food and will get the reminder of the day’s ration at dinner.
- We train in the training room, in the back and front yard as well as out and about at various locations multiple times per week.
- Each dog will be crated or stay in a small pen overnight and crated in the vehicle.
- They stay inside our house in a fully air conditioned and heated room.
What you need to bring for your dog during their stay
- More than enough food.
- Proof of vaccination.
- Small blanket that smells like home and is easily washable.
Cost:
- $350 per week and a minimum of 2 weeks.
- 4 weeks $1,400.00.
- 6 weeks $2,000.00.
